Business, Design
While you're optimising current workflows, someone else might be inventing entirely new business models.
We have a technology revolution which is reshaping industries.
A consumer revolution which is disrupting behaviours.
A work revolution. A climate emergency. And other complex challenges.
All happening simultaneously.
Influencing and interacting in ways nobody has fully mapped.
Leaders are so busy firefighting, that there’s no space within organisations for open and critical inquiry to think deeply about what comes next.
My Sprints, workshops and accelerators are structured interventions designed to help leadership teams challenge the status quo, connect the dots, and make choices between competing priorities to distill the path forward.
Every engagement is designed around a bigger, broader question relevant to the business — all with the same aim – to start conversations that the normal run of business doesn’t make space for.
My work acts as a catalyst to create better conversations which produce better decisions and faster progress.
I specialise in decoding emerging and behavioural signals, and architecting strategies, structures and systems to bring new ideas to life. I’m known for my ability to cut through complexity, unify teams around a clear direction, and embed change in ways that stick.
My career spans political risk consulting and business journalism at Eurasia Group in London and The Wall Street Journal in Mumbai where I honed my ability to ask probing questions and write compelling narratives about Indian business and industry for a global audience.
I’ve spent over a decade as a strategist at advertising agencies like Publicis India and Grey Group – guiding all flavour of traditional and experimental work for some of India’s biggest brands.
I have a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics in the History of International Relations and a certificate in Design Thinking from Stanford University.
Choose from a broad range of Sprints and innovation experiences to tailor your own programme.
