Who do you work with and how?
I work with founders and CEOs looking to navigate a changing industry. Fast-growing startups. Companies in turn-around situations. And those with new leadership. Often the trigger is this: Growth has stagnated. Focus has blurred. Conviction has eroded. Difference has softened. Teams are fragmented. Culture has moved on. Language and behaviour no longer align. And customers feel the gap.
My Sprints are structured programmes designed to encourage thinking from new perspectives. These are run internally with your team to tackle the challenges you face. They’re fast – each sprint is approximately 4 to 6 weeks. I share the process, the inspiration, the tools and the to-do list. I share what I know, you share what you know. And we find the answers together.
What is the impact of the Programme?
The work I do spans org design, technology strategy, talent decisions, what futures the business is building toward, what bets it should be making. At its simplest, the work creates better conversations, which produce better decisions.
A leadership team gets a new framing, a new lens, new nuances, new watch-outs, new layers of information that weren’t in the room before. They start arguing differently. They start asking each other things they hadn’t thought to ask. A direction that would have been taken doesn’t get taken. A direction that wouldn’t have been considered, does. The organisation walks out of the engagement having made one or two structural choices that will compound for a decade. The work I do leaves a vocabulary, a shape, and a set of reference points that the organisation continues to use long after I’ve gone.
